Appointment request: if you use the form on this website we process your name, phone number, optionally your email, the requested service, artist, number of people, preferred date and your note. The request is forwarded to the studio to arrange the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and deleted after the appointment, at the latest after twelve months.

Last-minute list: if you sign up on the “Last-minute list” page we process your first name, mobile number, optionally your email, and what you told us about service, days, time of day and notice period, in order to message you on WhatsApp or SMS about slots that open at short notice. The basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time - by replying “Stop” to one of our messages or by email. We then delete your details right away, and in any case twelve months after the last message.

Server logs: when you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) is stored briefly by the hosting provider to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Audience measurement: we use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores no cross-device identifiers and does not retain IP addresses.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and served from a data centre in Frankfurt. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Appointment requests are delivered to the studio through the Telegram messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai). Only the details from the form are transmitted.

This site only sets technically necessary cookies: your language choice and the acknowledgement of this notice. There is no advertising tracking.

Online booking runs through Treatwell (Treatwell Ltd., London). Clicking “Book now” takes you off this site and Treatwell's privacy policy applies. The same is true for links to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland) and Google Maps (Google Ireland). We embed no content from these services that would transfer data when our pages load.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact info@nailline.at. You may also lodge a complaint with the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde.
